How long does it take for my coffee to ship after roasting?

To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches. Orders typically ship within 24 to 48 hours of roasting, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Do you offer a subscription service for regular deliveries?

Yes! You can choose your favorite roast and set a delivery frequency of every 1, 2, or 4 weeks. Subscribers enjoy a 15% discount on every order and can cancel or pause at any time.

What is your return policy for coffee and brewing equipment?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us. Brewing equipment can be returned in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced and sustainable?

Absolutely. We work directly with small-scale farmers and cooperatives to ensure fair wages and sustainable farming practices. All our beans are ethically sourced and often carry Organic or Fair Trade certifications.

Can I order my coffee pre-ground, or only as whole beans?

We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness, or choose from various grind sizes including Drip, Espresso, or French Press to suit your specific home brewing method.
